What does BYOK mean?
You configure provider credentials in Orek on your workstation. Model usage is billed by your selected providers. This website does not need your provider API keys.
What does a perpetual license include?
Your license for the purchased edition never expires—there is no monthly subscription. Review the included updates, device limit, and license terms above before purchasing.
What is the refund policy?
Payment and refund requests follow the applicable Sold through Link policy and consumer law. Qualifying purchases may be refunded within 60 days; this is not an unconditional change-of-mind guarantee. Use the payment-support link on your receipt, or our support page for software and licensing help. Review our full Refund Policy.
Where can I purchase Orek?
Purchases are available in the billing countries covered by our merchant-of-record tax arrangement. Checkout confirms your billing address, local payment options, applicable tax, currency, and final total before payment. See Stripe's tax coverage; conditional markets may remain unavailable.
What consumer rights apply?
Your applicable statutory consumer rights and Sold through Link refund protections remain in force. Digital delivery consent does not override those protections. Review our Terms of Service.
How do activation and recovery work?
Sign in with Google or GitHub to manage your license. You can approve a device in your browser with orek license login, activate with a license key, or activate an offline machine using a license file. Once activated, Orek verifies your license on your device without needing an internet connection. Recover browser access using the same sign-in method and account you used for your purchase.
Which platforms are available?
Published releases and their supported platforms appear on the public download page. See the release status guide for supported platforms and current limitations.
